Digital Planning & Implant Position Analysis

Digital planning was carried out using the patient’s implant positions and soft-tissue contours to establish an anatomically correct full-arch design. The planning stage focused on achieving a passive framework fit, balanced occlusion, and esthetic tooth placement aligned with facial and functional parameters. This foundation ensured predictable integration of the PEEK framework and the final CROWNTEC suprastructure.

Fabrication of the PEEK Reinforcement Framework

A high-precision PEEK framework was fabricated to provide mechanical strength, shock-absorption, and long-term biomechanical stability within the all-on-x configuration. The framework was validated on the master model to confirm passive seating at all implant interfaces and to ensure proper support for the gingival architecture and prosthetic tooth setup.

3D Printing of the Permanent Suprastructure

The permanent full-arch suprastructure was 3D printed using saremco print CROWNTEC, a biocompatible Class IIa resin designed for long-term restorations. CROWNTEC’s high accuracy and strength enabled precise reproduction of tooth morphology, smooth surface textures, and stable marginal transitions. Post-curing ensured optimal mechanical properties and long-term durability.

Bonding, Characterization & Surface Finishing

Following post-processing, the printed suprastructure was bonded to the PEEK bar using a controlled workflow to ensure uniform tension distribution. Gingival areas were characterized to achieve natural esthetics and seamless tissue transitions. The final polishing phase refined surface gloss and micro-texture, enhancing the overall visual integration of the full-arch restoration.

Intraoral Placement & Final Evaluation

During clinical delivery, the prosthesis demonstrated a passive fit with correct screw seating and stable occlusal relationships. Lateral and frontal views confirmed harmonious emergence profiles, natural esthetics, and functional integration. The extremely lightweight design (~9.2 g) provided improved patient comfort while maintaining long-term structural reliability.
