History
In 1987, Adalbert Schmid, an experienced chemist and former development manager for dental materials at a dental company in eastern Switzerland, ventured into business for himself and founded SAREMCO AG. He enthusiastically pursued his vision of developing products that would provide the greatest possible benefit to patients and users. These include light-curing resins for restorative dentistry with unique features in terms of biocompatibility and functionality, as well as light-curing resins for the cosmetic sector, such as coloring and modeling gels for nails.
In 2016, the succession of the company was secured through a successful management buyout. Saremco Dental AG and Saremco Cosmetics AG are now two companies with independent ownership and management. Franca Schmid, a long-time SAREMCO employee with extensive experience in the dental industry, takes over SAREMCO Dental AG as owner and CEO and will continue to focus on innovation and biocompatibility of the products and selectively expand the international dealer network. Adalbert Schmid will continue to serve the company as a member of the Board of Directors.

SAREMCO Dental has been GMP- and ISO-certified since 1993. The team of specialists ensures compliance with the strict standards in high-quality laboratories with the latest equipment. The continuous research and development with well-known universities in Switzerland and abroad as well as close collaboration with dentists give SAREMCO Dental its high standard of innovation and quality.

We very conscientiously research, develop and manufacture in Switzerland at our location in Rebstein so that we have an overview of the entire product process at all times and can therefore guarantee the best quality, reliability and functionality of our products.
